[TYPO3-core] RFC: #12518: Reports module doesn't support EXT: syntax

Hi,

i think i found a solution that is ok for all of us.
I used same in makeInstance as was done in getUserObj, outsourced the 
extraction to a new function so we don't have any double code.

This is more universal as it allows to instanciate a class with the EXT 
syntax same way as done in many hooks with the syntax
EXT:extkey/path_to_file/classfile:classname

This makes this feature more consistent.
