[TYPO3-core] RFC #12508: Log usage of XLLfile to deprecation log

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
With #11825 a new feature to override LL files has been added.
So the old way, which works only for BE, isn't needed anymore - and  
already marked as deprecated in some places, but not everywhere.

Solution:
Mark it as deprecated everywhere and log usage to deprecation log.

Note:
The second patch updates feeditadvanced to use the new way. You can test  
the logging by opening FE editing.
Will report it to feeditadvanced tracker.
