[TYPO3-core] Status of RFC: #9046: Nested domain linking with domain record on root page

+1 from me after testing a lot of cases with different domain setups
(without using RealURL by the way)

The issue with the link to the current page not being prepended but
having a domain with force flag is solved by the new patch.
