[TYPO3-core] FYI24 #12019: Bug: Bring Install Tool skin in line with t3skin

Hi all,

As was pointed out, this patch did too many that touched on to design 
and HCI.

Still it corrected two bugs:

- a typo in a sentence
- a missing class definition in TCA/compare view which makes the view 
very hard to read (the CSS class exists in the code, it was just not 
defined in the CSS file).

So here's a reduced version of the patch that corrects just those 2 
minors bugs. I'll go ahead and commit it in 24h if no one objects.
