[TYPO3-core] FYI: Raised saltedpasswords version from 0.9.1 to 0.9.2

Hi,

the saltedpasswords version was raised to 0.9.2 in SVN Trunk (rev. 6341)
with these changes:

* Fixed bug: Define tx_saltedpasswords_salts_phpass to be the default
due to compatibility reasons
