[TYPO3-core] RFC #11386: t3lib_cache_backend_FileBacked violates open_basedir_restrictions

Hi,

tested all constellations:
with(out) open_basedir:

1) without path
2) with relative path
3) with absolute path

Your patch works great with all of them.
Without your patch it worked only with default path!
