Problem:
In the Scheduler's BE module, it is not clear that all dates and times 
displayed or entered are in the server's time zone.

Solution:
The attached patch adds the necessary information where ever relevant: 
the list view, the add/edit form, the CHS and the manual.
In the list view and add/edit form, this help includes the current 
server's time and is displayed at the bottom of the screen.

Notes:
The idea was once floated to make the display of the server's time an 
actual clock, using JS. I didn't want to implement that now, but someone 
motivated enough is welcome to do it once this patch is in ;-)
