Hi Joey,

i read all carefully, i analyzed loaddbgroup with this and i searchd 
with google for any usage of it.
And all examples i found use the AND in definition.

So my conclusion is to change the documentation to use the AND.
Remind - there is also no check for additionalWhere, so if you miss it 
you get wrong SQL. But you will notice it while develop using sqlDebug 
or notice that the result is not the expected.

Conclusion is, that it's not a bug but wrong documented. Changing this 
is enough (or change all where clauses in core with user input using 
analyzing/parsing)
