[TYPO3-core] RFC #12429: Method "t3lib_tstemplate::procesIncludes" has misspelled "proces"

As with all patches I sent regarding deprecation of methods, I 
personally would like to read an explicit text telling the developer 
that the method will be removed in TYPO3 4.5, just to be as explicit as 
possible and to be able to easily remove those calls in 2 versions.

In addition, the second of the phpDoc is "Modifies" in original method 
and in your wrapper. I guess the phrase was never written :-)
