Problem:
The unit test "getCacheDirectoryReturnsThePreviouslySetDirectory" in
t3lib_cache_backend_FileBackendTestCase currently fails due to changed
behavior in the tested class.

Solution:
Fix the unit test to reflect the change in the tested class.
