[TYPO3-core] RFC #11047: DBAL does not support CLOB/BLOB when using a mapped table name

Hi,

We have 3 +1 by reading:

- Steffen (core)
- Thorsten
- Moreno

I think Ries tested it as part of an "overall review" of DBAL patches on 
PostgreSQL but I'm unsure as I don't read its review there.

I tested it with Oracle XE on Debian and on Oracle Enterprise on RedHat 
with mapping of TemplaVoila table and column names.

Should someone test it? If so please do it ASAP.
