i have the same opinion. We have a set of given tags in HTML4, we use 
them in TV also. Have a look to w3schools where a good overview can be 
found:
http://www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_byfunc.asp

(and look to core class.t3lib_parsehtml_proc.php)
