[TYPO3-core] RFC #11087: TCEForm does not replace the existing element if adding a new element to a field with maxitems=1

Hi Benni,

due to the recent reports of misbehaviours in fields with the
possibility to select more than one element, I've reverted the changes
from SVN for the time being:
* TYPO3_4-2 (rev. 5480)
* Trunk (rev. 5481)
