[TYPO3-core] Important: TYPO3 4.3-alpha3 commit freeze

Hi everybody,

since we're close to release TYPO3 4.3-alpha3 and some major issues
still have to be tested/fixed, we're freezing the SVN Trunk for further
commits. If you think that there's something missing in TYPO3
4.3-alpha3, please get in contact with me via e-mail before committing.

The commit freeze ends when alpha3 is released.
