This RFC breaks at least the new mass uploader. I tried fixing this (see 
applied patch) but then an error arises in the swupload.js 
("postParams[name] is undefined" Line 300).

What the patch does is removing the line with TYPO3 = {}; which 
overwirtes the already existing TYPO3 object and readding the LLL 
variables for fileUpload.
