[TYPO3-core] RFC #11154: calls to deprecated function makeInstanceClassName in core

This is a SVN patch request.

Type: Bugfix

Problem:
   There are still some calls to the now deprecated function
   "makeInstanceClassName" in some scripts under
   typo3/sysext/cms/tslib/media/scripts/.

Solution:
   Replace those calls with t3lib_div::makeInstance and adopt the code to
   behave in the same way as before (where necessary).
