[TYPO3-core] RFC #10816: tslib_content calls deprecated function makeInstanceClassName

I was talking about makeInstance to catch that as a follow up to this 
patch. I only wanted to know if providing a patch (with new RFC) is ok 
and where I should log the error. I asked in this RFC as I got the php 
errors after using this patch.
