[TYPO3-core] RFC #7984: Bug: stdWrap.crop now closes opened tags and counts chars correctly

Hi.

Just a reminder ;-)

I'd like to implement this feature to the CropViewHelper of Fluid (4.x 
branch). It will be very useful to crop text in a template HTML aware - 
for obvious reasons.
