[TYPO3-core] COMMITTED: RFC: #11110 Add Extbase and Fluid as System Extensions

Hi everybody,

Extbase and Fluid was just added via SVN:externals after checking the 
BlogExample again :-) Thus, it is effectively committed to TYPO3 v4!

Thanks to everybody for the extremely positive feedback, and of course a 
huge thanks to Jochen doing the great work! It is a great pleasure to 
work with yo :-)

So, GO for 4.3 alpha3!
