[TYPO3-core] RFC #8701: Bug: options.moduleMenuCollapsable = 0 doesn't have any effect

Hi,

This is SVN patch request.

Problem:
options.moduleMenuCollapsable was not implemented at all in the new menu 
introduced in 4.2.x

Solution:
With this patch class="menuSection" that is responsible for detecting 
collapsable divs is removed if options.moduleMenuCollapsable = 1
The attached patch is made against trunk.

Note:
This little bug is an joined contribution of Michal Szostak, Tomasz 
Rakowski and Krystian Szymukowicz at t33d09 coding night bugfixs session.
