[TYPO3-core] FYI: HCI - #F3282 t3skin - Updated icons for fatalerror, info and ok

Hey team,

the following files were just commited to trunk.

Notes:
I updated three icons that came from Jens. They are used for 
"icon_fatalerror.gif", "icon_ok.gif", and "icon_info.gif".

Any CSS adjustments, if needed, will come at a later stage.

Icons are by Jens (taken out by the whole icon package he created last 
year).

This is a HCI issue and does not require any functional change, that's 
why it's an FYI.
