[TYPO3-core] Feature #9633: Implement autoloading for TYPO3

Hi,

find a new version of the autoloader attached which removes the "Tx_"
thingy since it is handled by Extbase in a separate autoloader in future
(only the autoload patch changed, the enable patch stays the same).

I'm going to commit this the next few days...
