Problem:
TYPO3_DB uses $GLOBALS['TYPO3_DB'] instead of $this in functions
- exec_SELECT_mm_query()
- explain()

Note:
same in 4.2 and 4.1;
in 4.1 only exec_SELECT_mm_query() is affected.
