Hi,
This is SVN patch request.

If memcache is configured in localconf.php, it can fail. With missing
php-extension you'll get an exception anyway, but if it's present and
memcache isn't installed on the server you don't see any warning.
I added a test in t3lib_BEfunc::displayWarningMessages to show this
warning in case of misconfiguration.
