Of course. But I just realized that in fact the problem was the temp_* 
files only. I first thought it was that "sv" was not loaded as I did not 
find it in $TYPO3_CONF_VARS['EXT']['extList'].

Debugging the stuff lead me to requirement of "sv", I did not find it in 
extList => I added it and of course then removed the temp_* files. This 
is why I thought that "sv" had to be added ;-)

I now figure it out that all "required" extensions are implicitly added 
to the list.
