as i'm on windows with tortoise i stumbled how to do a svn mv, but found 
the way, described here

After that apply on class.t3lib_adminpanel.php failed with message
'/TYPO3v4/Core/!svn/bc/5393/trunk/t3lib/class.t3lib_adminpanel.php' path 
not found.

Could you attach patched class.t3lib_adminpanel.php for test?
