[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10165: FlexForms: wrong mm-relations after copy and localize

Hi Benni,

we are sitting on the mountain top atm checking why my demo ext fails on 
newer versions. we found that my demo creates the flexcontents *with* 
the xmlprologue while the core itself now does *without*.

seems like the demo maybe made another problem visible by accident...

well dig into this deeper and maybe publish an update to the demo.

anyway: if you add the relations manualy youll be able to follow the 
documentation and see if (means: that ;)) the patch works.

meanwhile i talked to kasper and we agreed on having a session about 
flexforms (inkluding FCEs) and mm-relations during the dev days.
