[TYPO3-core] FYI: #10796: Click on preview link causes a fatal error

Problem:
Clicking the preview link in versioning causes a fatal error in FE.

Fatal error: Class name must be a valid object or a string in 
J:\web\typotester.de\htdocs-neu\typo3\sysext\cms\tslib\index_ts.php on 
line 188

Steps to reproduce:

On a page that has versions choose module Web>Versioning and then click 
the preview link.

Solution:
use correct initialization of TSFE

This no-brainer was committed to trunk, rev 5235 after review from Masi.
