I committed the following changes to SVN:

Problem:
the description of the 'lifetime' option in installtool states that one
could use something like 3600*24*7 as lifetime of the cookie but this will
be interpreted as 3600 because the string is intvaled. 

Solution:
Since the description already starts with "Integer,..." I changed the rest
of the sentence accordingly.
