[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #10642: Backend admin cannot perform file operations in filelist

Hey guys,

I think the DB mounts can be useful and should stay, otherwise, it'd be 
difficult for users who are admins and upgrade, that they will have 
additional DB mounts and they cannot remove it.

At the same point, I'd love to have the "Admin" checkbox on the first 
tab of that TCEform? (but yes, clearly a different RFC :))
