[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10741: Create version of page crashes in Cache

Hi,

This is SVN patch request.

Problem:
Create a new version of page it crashes in Cache:
Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'InvalidArgumentException' with message 
'"pageId_-1" is not a valid tag for a cache entry.

Solution:
Allow "-" in validation pattern for tag.
