AFAIK, still no new official CGL has been decided yet (which is a pity).

IHMO, we should have some magic script to solve most CGL issues in one
shot as soon as a new version has been decided.

If we argue about single CGL related RFCs with changes for some files,
we end up with hundreds of issues that all need to be reviewed separately.

I hereby request to drop this RFC, what do you think?
