[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #7973: htmlArea RTE: Superfluous leading bar inserted in toolbar after linebreak

Problem:
When configuring the RTE toolbar with Page TSConfig property 
RTE.default.toolbarOrder, a superfluous leading vertical bar may be 
inserted in the toolbar after a linebreak.

Solution:
Remove the superfluous leading vertical bar.
