I wasn't sure what other changes were made to this install and didn't 
want to mess up the dif. Will do better next time.

Did you set up a clean install 4.2.6 and install my demo extension?
I get no scrollbars in:
- XP IE6
- XP IE7
- Mac FF 3.0.7
- Mac Safari 3.2.1
- Mac Opera 9.64

P.S. maybe we should move this part back to the dev list...
