[TYPO3-core] FYI24: #10649: Add user agent detection for FireFox, Camino, Safari, Chrome and iPhone

This is SVN patch request.

Problem: the above mentioned user agents currently cannot be detected with TypoScript conditions.

Solution: add the appropriate code.
