[TYPO3-core] RFC Bug #10648: JavaScript error is show when starting the install tool with the standard password

Problem:
A JavaScript error is show when starting the install tool with the
standard password. The expected behaviour is that a warning should be
shown in a JavaScript Alert.

Solution:
Fix the alert() call to support a multiline string and re-add the stuff
here that was removed during 4.2 development.
