[TYPO3-core] FYI: How to get the latest caching framework code

Hi all,

in case you want to try out the latest and greatest version of the 
caching framework (the backport from FLOW3) here's how:

Go to http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=10614

Replace t3lib/cache/ with the contents from the zip file and also apply 
the cache_update.diff to your working copy.

(This should also make the unit tests I recently committed pass)
