Hey all,

commited my first version to trunk.

@Dmitry: As much as I like your version, I'd like a generic way of 
minifying files (doesn't have to be at page load of course), see 
discussion on the dev-list. I think we'll find a good way before 4.3 is 
feature freezed.

I am also looking into alternative ways the next days - Google Gears 
could be an option (doesn't have to be in the core directly, but having 
multiple options would be nice :)).
