[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10144: enable JS-Libs in BE

Hi,

Benni sent me an updated patch where he did some cosmetics and a merge 
of the functions
loadScriptaculous and loadScriptaculousModules,
which is nice as you can use one function for doing this now:

$this->doc->loadScriptaculous();
$this->doc->loadScriptaculous('controls');
$this->doc->loadScriptaculous('slider,dragdrop');

general functionality didn't changed, i tested it carefully, thx Benni!
