After re-re-reading new version with two fixes:
* openid is not truncated after 80 chars (copy&paste error from email - 
openid field is 255 chars long)
* consistent naming of fields: changed every occurrence of "openid" to 
"tx_openid_openid"

It's not possible to set links in CSH texts, right?
