[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #9049: Page ID is always 0 in export module for impexp

Hey guys,

Problem:
In the export module for impexp, the page ID is always 0 which affects 
the page path in the doc header and permissions checks. The value is 0 
because the page ID not passed at all from the click menu.

Solution:
Update the click menu to to include the actual page ID if a page is 
being exported or the parent page ID if a record on a page is being 
exported.
