[TYPO3-core] RFC: #11406: querygenerator doesn't use t3lib_iconWorks::skinImg, alignment is awful

Hi,

again, as it wasn't a big deal here is the completed patch that also 
formats the result table (alternate rows, htmlspecialchar'ed and use 
skin icons)

If noone complain i will commit this version in 48 hours.
