[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10947: It's not possible to add buttons to docheader

Hi Steffen,

although this has been committed already I think it'd be better to add a 
method "addButtonToDocHeader()" to the template class instead of 
introducing a new hook. Hooks are quite problematic once it comes to 
refactoring...

What do you think?
