[TYPO3-core] RFC #8499: Hardcoded labels in template module [typo3/sysext/tstemplate/ts]

Hi everybody,

this is a duplicate of RFC #11373 - besides that using labels that are
used for fields in TCA only is not a good idea.

This RFC gets dropped, since RFC #11373 handles it.
