Well. When I was testing the patch I did not notice the label change at 
first (I did not read the code before after the patch, since I then 
have pre-knowlegde of what will happen, and it will kill the excitement 
:)) so I guess I am either blind or the "confirmation" is not enough. I 
did wear my glasses though.... :S

Even though it might break "TYPO3 design rules" (do such exist) a 
confirmation with a different background color on the button when the 
file is present would not only solve the confirmation, but will also 
deprecate my other request, so how about that?
