+1 by reading and testing, though I would like a confirmation on screen 
whether or not the file was created successfully. Or said simple, tell 
the user things went like planned. Also maybe the button could have a 
different color when it is a delete button, but that's candy and could 
go in later, if nobody else finds it important.

As this button is positioned in the User Settings module and shown only 
for for admin users, no breach is introduced and the function seems 
safe.
