[TYPO3-core] RFC: #11377: Rename (or drop) ExtJS directory that contains whitespaces in its folder name

Alright, thanks. To avoid similar problems in future I would like to 
commit the attached script to typo3/contrib/. It uses rsync to copy the 
files from a copy of the upstream distribution, and calls svn rm/add to 
schedule removal of those files right away.

The thing that I like about such scripts is that it also documents the 
way how we copy extJS from upstream. As you can see it is not just a 1:1 
copy, so this part of the documentation seems pretty useful to me.

Similar scripts could be written for every other software in contrib/.
What do you think?

Ah, and before I forget it: The packaging script should certainly remove 
those files again so they will not appear in the public releases...
