[TYPO3-core] RFC: #11377: Rename (or drop) ExtJS directory that contains whitespaces in its folder name

Thanks Steffen, the folder is gone now.

However, I see that the following files are still existing although they 
are missing in upstream. Bug or intention?

- extjs/resources/images/default/shadow-c.psd
- extjs/resources/images/default/button/btn-arrow.gif
- extjs/resources/images/default/button/btn-sprite.gif
