indeed, the best one-liner I saw for a long time!! :-)

but there's a little issue:
unpatched TYPO3 versions will simply ignore fields like:
# cat=debug/dev/160; type=boolean;
label=LLL:EXT:tt_news/locallang.xml:extmng.writeParseTimesToDevlog

do we consider that as a problem?
