[TYPO3-core] RFC #11357: Consistency cleanup: Make use of new t3lib_div::redirect function throughout the core

Description:
A new static method was introduced to make life easier to create a HTTP 
redirect for TYPO3 4.3.

The function named t3lib_div::redirect() isn't really used through out 
the core. Solution: Make use of it wherever the "old way" was used.

Solution:
Make use of this function, otherwise I'd see no reason in having it ;-)
